· Incorporate a simple exercise routine in your schedule, something like walking. When you are not an active person doing an exercise like walking will burn calories quickly and burning calories is what you want to do.

· Eating healthy is one of the hardest things to do when you are use to eating junk food everyday. I equate this to being hook on drugs because when you try to stop eating junk food your body goes into withdrawal. And when those craving hits you give in and eat and you eat like you never had junk food before. This is important eat more often, if you eat six times a day you can curb your appetite. Eating a low protein diet will also help you burn. Be very mindful of your portions.
